Your Irish writers showcase podcast reaches No 13 already and we will  look on the bright side by mentioning that it IS lucky for some, particulalry those who like music and poetry.  In this edition there is poetry from 2 collections released in June by Alan Murphy and Noel Duffy.  Music from 2 iconic Irish songs as Johnny Duhan talks about and performs Don’t give up till its over and Mick Hanly brings us behind a story associated with his song Past The Point of Rescue before giving us an exclusive unplugged performance and we head off then to Cappoquin in County Waterford for an excerpt from Thomas Mc Carthy’s trip through The Gardens of Remembrance which he recorded for our series The Writers Passage.
