We are delighted that we had an opportunity to make some brand new podcasts with Irish poet Terry McDonagh.  Terry shares his time between Cill Aodain in County Mayo and Hamburg and it was during a recent visit home that we met up with him to record a new interview and some new readings.  Terry was one of the first writers we appraoched about the idea of setting up Podcasts.ie and his encouragement went a long way to making our mind up to go ahead with this project.  At this point we should also mention that Ger Reidy and Jack Harte also encouraged our ideas and pledged their individual support to the project.  All 3 allowed us unlimited access to the material in our archives so that we could test the viability, sound quality etc and to these 3 unsung heros of Irish literature we will be enternally indebted.  We hope you will visit their repective pages and discover a new pleasure in their work.  We are also beggining to see the benefit of social networking and would appreciate Twitter retweets or Facebook shares or likes if you see fit.
In The meantime you will find a new interview and readings by Terry on his page by clicking here
