Sue Hassett was born in Cork in 1956, studied Psychology and Philosophy in UCC and has lived in Dublin since 1981. Sue has worked in social research and in the community and voluntary sector for over twenty years and began to write fiction in 2003.  She edited “Sláinte,” Alternative and Complementary Medicine in Ireland, published by Wolfhound Press 1991 and was awarded South Dublin County Council’s Bursary for Literature and a residency at the Tyrone Guthrie Centre in 2004.
