It’s a very cold March along the Calendar Road, Sinéad braves the unseasonal weather to try and get the sound of some new visitors who have taken up residence in the pastureland. Hopefully you will hear them too, as the Easterly winds are vying for attention as well.

I loved your talk on the calendar road today, especially the poem you read about the lapwing, it was beautiful. you were great to brave the very cold weather. We are having similar weather here on the east of the country. Thank you.

The lapwings were out in force again today. And it probably would’ve been a better day to get their sounds more clearly on the mic. But it was just as cold! Thanks for your comment Teresa
